Guided Cycling (including bike rental):

Guided rates include 4 hours from arrival at launch to paddling finish. Extra hours cost $15/per person.
Instructed rates include 2-3 hours. Instruction requires getting wet to practise rescues.
2-day seakayak course also available. $225 per person if 4 ppl; $295pp if 2 ppl.
