South Shore Secrets

6 days. Relatively easy cycling close to the water and through small villages, including the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Lunenburg. Quiet beaches, a hike to a coastal park, and a lighthouse each day!

Fundy Bike & Hike

Nova Scotia Multisport
(with Family dates)

8 days of easy mixed activities including sea-kayaking, road and off-road cycling, hiking, sailing, swimming, canoeing, and inner-tubing. The family version is operated at a pace comfortable for children aged 6 to 15.

Cape Breton Island Multisport

7-day adventure by sea-kayak, bike, and on foot, on Cape Breton Island, including Acadian Isle Madame, St. Peter’s Canal, Bras d’Or and Ainslie Lakes, and musical hotbed of Mabou.

Yoga & Multisport Retreat

From a peaceful yoga studio overlooking St. Margaret’s Bay, explore meditation, asana, and yogic philosophy, balanced with bicycle and kayak forays, and the nourishment of great food.

Seakayak the South Shore

6 days visiting islands, beaches, and villages by sea kayak. Nights in warm inns, with excellent cuisine.

7-day adventure by sea-kayak, with nights in cozy inns. One final day of spectacular hiking.

Bike the Sideroads

6 days, relatively easy cycling through PEI’s National Park, and lightly hilly cycling along the north and east coasts

Confederation Trail Biking

6 days of relatively flat cycling almost entirely along the Confederation Trail. No traffic for most of the trip; a good unpaved cycling surface; fine inns; and excellent dining. A magical cycling experience!

Family Cycling & Multisport

6 days. Cycling, sea-kayaking, walking, boat trips, swimming, and play, at a pace comfortable for children 4-14, and daily options for non-cyclists

Canada: Newfoundland

The Viking Trail Bike & Hike 
New: Labrador option

7 days of big rides and hikes, with a fjord cruise, a whale-watch and iceberg boat trip, & all the highlights of Gros Morne National Park. Visit L’Anse aux Meadows Viking settlement. One ride is almost 163 miles (263km), but if you prefer less, the van will pick you up at day’s end!

The Avalon Peninsula Bike & Hike

8 days, challenging cycling on paved roads, with a hard day of hiking. Be the first North American to see the sun rise at Cape Spear; see two of N.America’s largest sea bird colonies; spot whales and icebergs; and enjoy rambunctious Newfoundland culture in fishing outports.
